Founded in 1988 by Jack Billings, Alpine Abatement Associates, Inc. is proud to have served in Oregon and Washington for 28 years. Our experience working with hazardous materials has afforded us to keep homes and businesses in our communities safe from exposure to harmful substances such as asbestos, lead-base paint, mold, PCBs, and other hazardous materials. We have the expertise, and customer service that meets our customers’ needs and expectations. Jack has been in the environmental clean-up industry for over 30 years. He has been involved in many multi-million dollar projects, ranging from the remodeling projects at St Charles and Grande Ronde Hospitals, Bend LaPine and Redmond School District and City of Redmond to name a few. Alpine Abatement Associates, Inc. has held contracts with US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Department of Energy, and every type of client in between. His expertises lead him to head Allied Defense Recycling completing the remediation of 20+ Navy vessels in Vallejo, California, including the completion of surveys and abatement of the 5 NOAA Vessels in Washington. He understands all facets of environmental remediation, which provides understanding and expertise to handle any remedial project.
